How Improv Can Improve Your Work and Life
Experience more effective communications, more meaningful connections and more valuable collaborations through employing the tools of improv comedy. Starting with the basic improv tenant of “yes, and,” you’ll learn how improvisation principles can help communications professionals in your daily work and personal lives.

We will explore:
– How to listen more intentionally
– How to openly accept and add to ideas
– How to be more empathetic

To improve your:
– Communications skills
– Brainstorming sessions
– Connections with colleagues and clients

Most of all, in this supportive workshop, you will have the freedom to play, be in the moment and say “yes”!

Jeanette Schreiber is an Oklahoma City improviser who performs and teaches improv at both OKC Improv and The Space – Oklahoma’s only sketch comedy theater. She is also a communications professional, with nearly 15 years of working in-house and at ad agencies in OKC. Jeanette has found improv to be comforting and terrifying, challenging and effortless, invigorating and meditative. She is happiest when helping others discover the magic, freedom and joy of improv.
